Buyers can rest assured and trust that our pieces are in excellent condition and of fine quality, as we are very selective in choosing the items that we display. Sellers can trust that we make every effort to attractively present consignment pieces in a way that is appealing and that will facilitate a sale.
We offer a variety of services, including:
- Consignment services
- Decorating services
- Pick up and delivery (small fee)
- Assembly available if necessary
- We carry Howard’s Restore-A-Finish products
- Imported Mexican wrought iron pieces
- Mexican terra cotta pots
- Trade discounts for decorators and designers
What is Consignment?
An item taken to an agent for sale, with the title being held by the consignor until the sale is made, or 60 days has elapsed.
Our Consignment Policy
We are looking for furniture and accessories to show and sell for you. Please call or stop by to discuss your furniture or send us photos of items you want to consign. When you bring your items in to consign, we select what our customers want to buy. We preview all items before they are placed in the store in order to maintain a selective inventory. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that our customers' preferences must be our selection guideline. The item(s) then will be placed in our showroom at 1288 West Main Street, Suite 132 in Lewisville. If your item(s) sell within 60 days we pay you 50% of the sales price.
If your item(s) have not sold after 60 days you will have the following options:
1. You can extend your contract for 30 days.
2. You can pick up your item(s).
3. You can donate your item(s).
